When you request an estimate, call, text, or email us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, property address or city, and a description of your project, including any photos you choose to send.
How we use your information
We use it to respond to your request, prepare a recommendation and written pricing, schedule installation, and follow up about your project. We may also use it to send service-related updates about work we've done for you.
Third-party form
Our estimate request form is hosted by Tint Wiz, a third-party job management platform we use to receive and manage estimate requests. Information you submit through that form is processed and stored by Tint Wiz under their own privacy practices, and is shared with us so we can respond to your request.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business (such as our estimate and scheduling software), or when required by law.
Data retention
We keep estimate and customer records for as long as needed to service the project and meet business or legal recordkeeping requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information we hold about you at any time, or ask us to stop contacting you. Just reach out and we'll take care of it.
